Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, until we have a space that permits us to have visitors, we are limited to local delivery or by mail.
Can you leave my delivery if I am not at there?
It is better if you are there to receive your delivery in person, as you may be required to produce age identification by our couriers as required by law. You do have the option to give authority to leave your delivery - To do so, please enter any specific delivery instructions e.g. leave on the back porch if no one is home, during the checkout process. Please note this authority to leave is done at the risk of the purchaser and there may be some circumstances where the delivery cannot legally be left without being accepted by you. Should this occur, the courier company will leave you a notice detailing how you can obtain delivery of your order.
Do I need to be legal drinking age to purchase?
Yes! Storytellers Distillery supports the responsible service of alcohol and will not supply alcohol to minors. You need to be over the Legal Drinking age of 18 years to access our online store and have ID ready to accept your delivery.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we can no longer ship to PO boxes directly as its against the policy of our partner shipper Sendle. Please contact us directly with any feedback or concerns in regard to this!
Do you offer contact free delivery?
We like to deliver products locally ourselves. We take into consideration every stage of the delivery process including:
Keeping as much distance from you as possible
Knocking on your door, placing your parcel at your doorstep and taking a step back as far as possible for you to collect it. We will ask your name and sign for delivery on your behalf. If you’re required to present an ID, we will sight from a distance.
We recommend selecting Authority to Leave for your delivery where possible.
We are working closely with Australia Post to help protect your health and safety, and that of all our staff and partners. They follow the same procedures as outlined above.
Do you ship to countries outside of Australia?
Currently we do not ship to countries outside of Australia!
How much does freight cost?
Freight to Australian customers is included in your order. Unfortunately we do not currently ship overseas!
